After a major computer glitch, we are (tentatively and possibly temporarily) back online after an almost 2 wk absence.  Hopefully I'll get everything updated in a day or two.

The first several weeks of Ian's life were pretty rocky... lots of colic and crying and wanting to be held.  This last week he's turned around and morphed into a completely different baby.  It doesn't take much to elicit a heartfelt grin, complete with all the classic happy-baby coos.

 







(well, those last ones are yawns.  i think they're just as sweet, though.)

Teddy spent the morning at the park with his friend Erin.  Unfortunately, Little Miss Erin never stopped moving and I had a hard time getting a good picture of the her.

Teddy, watching the world go by.  It's much more fun to observe other kids' glee as they go down the slides, and to encourage them on their ventures, that to actually participate himself.
 


The steps are fun, too, though.


Oh, and don't forget the swings.  They're so safe.
